What to Expect
Once you make contact, we will get in touch for a brief phone call to understand your situation and medical acuity. Then we will schedule a time to come and meet you for an initial visit in your home (alternate locations may be available).
During your visit with the doctor, you will have the opportunity to share your story. We will address any immediate medical concerns and work with you to establish a clear plan moving forward to address your psychological, dietary, and medical needs.
What to Expect
Much like a specialty consult in a hospital, the patient will be assessed at your facility. Medical recommendations will be made, which can then be carried out by your own physicians.
